Tournaments with youth sections 4

Tournaments with sections for young players cluster in the Sabana. The departmental circuit of the Liga de Ajedrez de Cundinamarca stops at the Coliseo Leon XIII in Soacha, with age groups from under-6 to under-16 alongside the adult sections, and at the coliseum on Transversal 7 in Tocancipá, which adds an amateurs’ section. Cajicá has held the departmental championships by age group.

Inside the city, the Juegos Intercolegiados bring school teams to the district sports institute on Calle 63; pupils play for their schools, and the 2026 listing includes a girls’ section of the preinfantil age category. A child who wants a game without a school team will find the free library clubs and the children’s festival of Club Kallpa under the other sections of this directory.
