Revision notes

Every change to the Bogotá directory, or to the method behind it, is entered here with its date, newest first. Entries are never edited or deleted afterwards; a mistake in one is put right by a new entry.

A data entry means cards were added or revised; a correction records something a reader sent through the form; a wording entry changes text only; a method entry changes how the directory is compiled. A correction to one place also appears on that place’s card.
